Adopt ATroop
Foundation
is a non-profit volunteer group of friends whose
goal is to support our troops now fighting for our
freedom in Iraq and Afghanistan. Founded in
November 2007, our purpose is to raise money and/or
needed items to fill care
packages and send the packages to our troops overseas.
We are a not-for-profit organization currently applying
for a 501C status. We sent our first packages, 20 in
total, in November 2007. As of October 2008, we have sent
500
packages to Iraq and Afghanistan military men and women
including Marines, Army and Air Force. We are looking
for contacts in the Navy. If you have a Navy contact,

Our packages cost between $50-$60 to fill and send. We
use military kits which cost between $9.80 and $10.95.

In addition to asking for donations, we sell
Christmas Spiders during the
 Christmas holiday and God
and the Spider,
a true story, for which materials and
labor are being donated. All monies raised goes to
filling the care packages for our troops.
Through this small endeavor we are thanking our troops
for the sacrifices they make everyday to protect the
lives and freedoms of many who will never know their
name.
We thank you for your support and please remember that
Freedom Isn’t Free. We are so lucky to live in a country
that is Free and these brave men and women have stepped
forward to fight for that freedom.
